Anytime you would like to email me directly, please feel free to use ken@watersedgewineries.com. To address your question, we do not plan on paying dividends. We are a growth company, reinvesting our capital into the acceleration of our growth. The projection is to raise enough capital to accelerate growth to around 50 units within 3-5 years. Our projected EBITDA at that point will be attractive to an outside company looking to purchase emerging brands. Our ideal suitor would be a larger franchise platform company that is in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or hospitality spaces. There are many of these platform companies looking to buy emerging brands who have reached a certain momentum. If and when that happens, they would buy our all of our investors at an agreed upon multiple and create a liquidity event for all of us. Let me know if you have any further questions Gregory!
