## FAQ
1. **i have a sci-fi idea for book/movie. how do i give it to you**
 - Hi Richard, thanks for you interest in Voyage. It's easy to search, select and connect with a producer in your market by clicking here: https://voyagemedia.com/get-connected/
2. **Where do I sign up for this?**
 - Hi Renee! Thanks for your question. On the top right side of this page there is a green "invest" button.
3. **In your financial reports it states that you elected to be taxed under Subchapter S where the company doesn't pay income and shareholders will be liable individually for federal taxes. Will each investor of this offering be responsible for paying taxes on undistributed profits?**
 - Hello Jacob, thanks for the inquiry. As a condition to close our crowdfunding financing, we are moving from S to C-corp election. This has already been registered as disclosure with the SEC. I hope that addresses your question.
4. **Hi, one question on the use of the proceeds. Do you intent to use them just to pay the company's month-to-month expenses? Do you plan to build and expand your technology?**
 - Hi Bob, thanks for the question. Actually month-to-month expenses are already covered from current revenues. We are using the proceeds to fuel top line and bottom line growth - through investments in (1) community growth (2) technology to improve efficiency and automation and (3) film & TV projects to earn a higher proportion of production fees and profits.
5. **I am not a writer or producer, would this count me out as an investor in the platform Voyage Media?**
 - Hi Stephen - great question. No, not at all. We're thrilled to have investors who are not a part of our large community of writers/producers. Many are already coming in and we'd love to have you as well.

## Q&A
- Q: which of your shows won an emmy?
 - A: Valley Uprising is our Emmy winning documentary. It had a large theatrical release, followed by a primetime Discovery release, then a Netflix release, and now living out a long streaming release on Amazon. It 'stars' Alex Honnold, was the predecessor to Free Solo, and by the same filmmakers behind The Alpinist. https://www.amazon.com/Valley-Uprising-Peter-Sarsgaard/dp/B01M3UPOWI
- Q: Hello- We are interested in investing in your company, however we noted that you don't have a division which focuses on LGBT films and media (Mainstream stories include: Will & Grace, Queer as Folk, and Brokeback Mountain to name a few). Is this something you intend to add or will it conflict with the Faith portion of your productions?
 - A: Hi Peter - thanks for the great question. To answer it directly: we have several LGBTQ movies and shows in development. To answer your question more broadly: We are by structure and intent 'genre and market neutral', which is to say, that our decentralized platform of 45+ producers covers all markets within entertainment, ranging from indie movies, cult movies, faith-based movies, studio block busters, 1-hr drama TV and 1/2-hour comedy, plus documentary and reality programming. When a Voyage producer identifies something marketable that comes from the platform, we produce. The market for LGBTQ television is ahead of movies, but now even mainstream studio movies are starting to include LGBTQ themes and characters too.
- Q: Hi, I invested in voyage media a few years back and am looking to sell my shares? Where and how do I do this?
 - A: Hello Ondi - Please review your shareholder agreement. Investing via Wefunder and in start-ups like Voyage are long term holds. Most hold their shares while anticipating for the company to either go public or be acquired.
- Q: Hello, I submitted an investment yesterday of $1000 but it doesn't seem to have gone through for some reason. Checked Account. Is it possible to check the status of the investment, or to resubmit, past the investment deadline?
 - A: Im sorry, but we are not currently open to investing, other than by accredited investors. If we open again via WeFunder, we hope you'll join us.
- Q: I think I just missed the funding round. Are there going to be future opportunities to invest?
- Q: I missed the deadline due to credit card discrepancy; will you be having another call for investors in the near future?
- Q: I was unable to invest. I am in Costa Rica. Can you assist me?
- Q: I enter amount $1000. Then I lost the sreeen. it looks risky. can you plz make sure ive not been charged this amount so far.
- Q: I'm trying to invest 2200.00$ and after repeatedly filling out the necessary info, when I attempt to complete the transaction I am receiving the " You can't complete your investment until you fill out your information." Over and over again. Why? Are people that live in Hawaii not allowed to invest in your company? Is it because I am using a PO Box because I live where mail can not be delivered? Does the system not recognize Bank Of Hawaii as a legitimate bank? Why is your system not accepting my information? Truly frustrating!
 - A: Hi Linda - that is very frustrating. We do not control the wefunder payment system, but will gladly connect you with their support team or one of ours to see if we can help. Can you please email us at investors@voyagemedia.com? Alternatively you can email support@wefunder.com to work directly with their support team.
- Q: Hello Nat, how do the investment amounts relate to shares or returns. My understanding is that you are the single share holder. Are we buying shares? I'm not sure how to calculate a return.
 - A: Hi Danny - investing in Voyage (and most companies on Wefunder) is, for most, is a long term hold. You are buying stock in the company at its current valuation (roughly $21 million) and you'd be betting that our valuation will be higher in the future. If Voyage hits its strategic targets, we believe we could hit a $200-$300 million valuation by 2025. If we are correct $10,000 invested today would be worth $100,000-$150,000 dollars then. Our stock price history started at $4.50/share in 2017 and is now trading at $10.00/share. I hope this helps!
- Q: How do I invest in Voyage media? What are the steps if I don't have an entity? I have linked my bank through Plaid with WeFunder but can go no further (entity, ein...). I don't see any other instructions or a video to set up the investment.
 - A: Hi Willie - thanks for your interest in Voyage. I recommend you email support@wefunder.com. It should be fairly straight forward to invest as an individual, not as an entity.
- Q: Are the gala invites a one time thing or annually?
 - A: Hi Casey - we host a gala during the year following the fundraise. We do not know if we will fundraise again.
- Q: Hello. My understanding is that perks will be given after the campaign is completed? Is there a way that I can get this information a little clearer? What must I do in advance of having my pitch session? I invested $1000 last week. I didn’t receive anything to tell me what to do or what to expect. My donation was confirmed to put that was all I remember seeing. My cell is 917-447-4462. Email address Godzilla 2@mack.com. My name is Carol Maillard singer songwriter actress and producer thank you
 - A: HI Carol - I would expect an email from us with those details in approx one week. But yes, we cannot issue perks until funding has closed. We will also then send you detailed info on what to prepare and how to schedule your pitch session. Thanks for your patience as we get through this fundraise!
- Q: If I invest $250 What are my perks?
 - A: Hi Joanna - the perks are listed on the right side of the investing page for future reference (right under the 'Invest' button), and the perk for $250 is to attend our Gala.
- Q: 1) Will your Podcast Division stay focused exclusively on drama, or will you branch out into other genres (e.g., comedy, romance, etc.)? 2) Are you polling your community to see what type of content they’re interested in? (By way of example, Netflix – at this juncture – knows my preferences, so it creates that type of content and markets it to me. Similarly, I’m curious as to whether you’re trying to get a handle on your community’s likes/dislikes in terms of content.)
 - A: Hi Kevin - great questions and thanks for your interest. (1) The genres we are currently tackling in podcasts are true crime (docuseries and scripted), historical fiction, noir/pulp, true war stories, inspirational true stories (including romance), kids, and faith. As this division expands and as we continue to learn about our audience, we will expand further. (2) we started building the initial podcast audience by mobilizing our own community and also marketing to new listeners. We know a great deal about what our own community is interested in already, and anecdotally we know what listeners are tuning into by seeing what's working across the entire podcast space. As our listening audience expands, we have data/analytics that we can leverage as knowledge and decision-making moving forward (like Netflix as you say). Eventually as the division scales, and we have a lot of our own native traffic, we will be able to create a custom recommendation engine to deliver you what you want.
