## FAQ
1. **I had a very similar idea to create a platform like this for musicians a couple years ago, so this is great to see, and I’m definitely considering investing! For several reasons I never got past the research stage of that idea, but, if you’d like, I would be happy to email you...**
   - Hey Winthrop - we are happy that you discovered us and would welcome any ideas to help our Artists generate revenue. 2. **Potentially will investors get dividends?**
   - Thank you Adrian for your question. Yes, eventually dividends will be a possibility; however, for the near term we need to re-invest all that we can to broaden our reach and technology.
3. **I apologize, but I have quite a few questions. I might invest and I like the idea, but my questions will come from an artist's standpoint. I am a music artist myself and I plan to release my first single within the next few months. I was about to go through a distribution site...**
   - Hey Trevor - thank you for your questions and sorry for the late reply, I never saw your questions before now. 1st let me address Tunecore: As long as you would want to share your music on Spotify, iTunes, Amazon Music, etc. you would continue to use a distributor like Tunecore. Vocana, allows you to upload and control your content within only our Platform. In return you can decide to sell your music or allow fans to listen for free, sell Merchandise on demand without any upfront costs, Allow...
4. **I thought of another question. If all the major music streaming and downloading places are paying out so little.....how do you plan to be able to pay artists more? Will you not be trying to partner with them? Or do you plan on competing with the big dogs? My main concern is ju...**
   - Well the travesty is worse than the little amount of money that is being paid to the Artists. The major issue is that we are the only Platform that is sharting specific fan information with the Artists. As part of our terms and conditions for a Fan to use our platform for FREE they are agreeing to provide their basic information with the Musicians they are following. This allow you as an artist to better communicate with your Fans, identify where your tour or house concerts should be performe...

## Q&A
- Q: I think this is an interesting and needed concept. How will the current low amount of the capital raise influence your growth plans?
- Q: I thought of another question. If all the major music streaming and downloading places are paying out so little.....how do you plan to be able to pay artists more? Will you not be trying to partner with them? Or do you plan on competing with the big dogs? My main concern is just....like how will you be able to provide the artist with more money for their music? (I know the merch part, but I'm just talking about the downloads and streams side of things)
  - A: Well the travesty is worse than the little amount of money that is being paid to the Artists. The major issue is that we are the only Platform that is sharting specific fan information with the Artists. As part of our terms and conditions for a Fan to use our platform for FREE they are agreeing to provide their basic information with the Musicians they are following. This allow you as an artist to better communicate with your Fans, identify where your tour or house concerts should be performed, streamline your Social Media and announcements when new music, merch or events are announced. This combined with allowing your Fans to have a One-Stop-Shop to consume your, music, merch and even tip you allows for more revenue streams than any other platform. Simply put we have allowing you to Activate your Fanbase and eliminate the middlemen.
- Q: I apologize, but I have quite a few questions. I might invest and I like the idea, but my questions will come from an artist's standpoint. I am a music artist myself and I plan to release my first single within the next few months. I was about to go through a distribution site called Tunecore. I have a few questions. 1) Now, Tunecore will distribute my music to iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and many others. They only charge 49.99 per year for submitting a full album and they give you 100% of royalties for streams and downloads. Your service is 49.99 per month, not year, right? (I'm not saying that's not a fair price, I actually was surprised Tunecore is so cheap) But....why would I choose your services over Tunecore? And besides the merch channel, what sets you apart and how would you be better? 2) Do you do anything to help promote artists, or is it all up to the artist? 3) Would your terms and conditions require an artist to only sell their merch through your channels? Or would they be able to sell their merch from their own website if they so desire to? 4) Would an artist be allowed to go through your services AND something like Tunecore? Or would they have to be exclusive to your site only? 5) Would I be able to be a part of your first 500 artists for studying your data, etc? Or would I need to meet a certain criteria first? Or have you already gotten those 500 artists? Thanks.
  - A: Hey Trevor - thank you for your questions and sorry for the late reply, I never saw your questions before now. 1st let me address Tunecore: As long as you would want to share your music on Spotify, iTunes, Amazon Music, etc. you would continue to use a distributor like Tunecore. Vocana, allows you to upload and control your content within only our Platform. In return you can decide to sell your music or allow fans to listen for free, sell Merchandise on demand without any upfront costs, Allow your fans to use a Virtual Tip jar which is currently uses Venmo and ultimately allows you to manage the fans that consume your music and follow you in ways that the other platforms simply do not allow. 2.) We will be assisting Artists with building their Fanbases on the social media channels which we then drive to Vocana for a better Fan/Artist engagement. 3) Currently we are only driving merch through our platform due to the fact that we can control it however, allowing an artist to link to their Website/Merch is in our future plans. 4) see the first answer. 5) YES! Sign up now to be part of our early adopters and help make this platform work well for you!

Also, I’m curious, how much are you planning the artist subscription to be, and what percentage of merchandise sales are you planning to take? Thank you!
