## FAQ
1. **Sorry sir but vertical farming and plant-based protein is the future. Society is slowly shifting how we consume. This form of farming is not sustainable. Animal Agriculture is the #1 cause of climate change and that now has become a fact. Is not sustainable. Also, is not lives...**
 - Branden thank you for your perspective. I have been involved in livestock agriculture all my life and I respect your initiative to research and find sustainable food choices. We are similar in so many ways. I am not satisfied with the way things are. Our project focuses on creating renewable resources, cleaning water, and lowering carbon and air emissions from livestock operations. We have researched and tested our process and we will create change in the livestock industry. I hope that ...
2. **I don't understand your financials. I understand the pivot to owning the barns and controlling your own destiny but you were doing business previously as Vironment and have contracts back to 2017, so why no revenue? Did you relaunch the company in 2020 with a different busines...**
 - Lawrence,You are exactly correct on several fronts:Viroment is the original / parent company. We do have a website: Viroment.com. Viroment invested the award-winning technology and the business strategy is to team up with best in class partners in each verticle. For example, we have partnered with the largest sewage treatment facility in the world, the City of Houston, where we first did Emergency Hurricane Response work and now working with Rice University on a data du...
3. **Any equity included in the investment or just interest ?**
 - Great question. The investment is for fixed return note (debt only).
4. **So, it's not an equity or stock?**
 - Wedzer, Your 3-year investment earns a fixed rate of return in the form of a debt note (not a direct equity or stock). Whether it’s an up or down economy consumers are dependent upon protein in both cases. Demand for pork continues to enjoy a steady increase in demand while the stock market and other stock/equity plays experience vast sweeping moves in both directions. An investment with our company provides an expected investor return while helping us create loads of permanent jobs, tons of ...
5. **I am interested in investing. Is the note backed by collateral in the event of a default? Is this note senior to other debt? thank you**
 - Blake,Excellent comment! Answer is yes and Yes (except for the bank loan on the physical property). The founders personally guarantee all bank loans on the cash flowing facilities/properties. The properties have 15-yr guaranteed (by a $1bn rev company) leases resulting in fixed long term cash flows feeding consistently into Viroment Capital. The tenant lease payment is tendered directly in the lender’s lockbox who deducts their principal/interest...

## Q&A
- Q: Paul, 8 more days have gone by and no payment yet. Can I get a firm date on the interest payment for 2021. "Shortly" does not help anymore. We are 12 days away from tax filing deadline. Isn't the legal deadline to mail this is Jan 31st? I am 100% sure this interest need to report this on the taxes.
 - A: I understand that if we do not claim the interest on our taxes, we do not have to issue a 1099-int. We have opted for this as a perk to our investors and to streamline our process. In the meantime, we save the fees for the accountant to process, so our Company also benefits.
- Q: I did not receive my interest payment on the Viroment debt at the end of 2021? Is there an update as to when I can expect that?
 - A: Working on it
- Q: Hello, Paul. I haven't received my interest payment for last year either. Also see you've stopped replying here. I'm guessing the business has failed?
 - A: Brad, we are replying in direct emails as they come in, as they are typically particular questions. Typically, within an hour or the same day. Wefunder made all the 2020 interest payouts as we forwarded the entire global investor amount to them. As for the 2021 interest payment, we offered debt conversions, and nearly everyone opted for it, and we are still processing those contracts with almost 300 sets of documents. Hang tight as we purge through all this. All is great on our side of the equation! We do not check this site often, and we mentioned previously such. We are working diligently towards closing the final leg of our large project, which is nearing completion. I appreciate your patience!
- Q: I hoped that Viroment could pull off such a great idea. On the internet, it seems like the Pig Barn project is up and running.
 - A: Darron, How about a follow-up here as you confirmed to me that you did receive your interest payment
- Q: Regret I never received the payout for 2020 interest. Please advise. Many thanks.
 - A: Let us check into it. 2020 was handled through Wefunder. Could you send us a note at info@viroment.com
- Q: When are we expected to get the interest payment for 2021 on this promissory note?
 - A: Very shortly
- Q: Any timeline for the payout of interest accrued in 2021?
 - A: Should be processing them shortly
- Q: I am still holding Viroment Debt from Round 1 of WeFunder. When will the 17% interest payment for 2021 be distributed?
 - A: Received your email. Working on them now
- Q: I haven't seen any update on the first payout. Do I check with Wefunder? The last update I see below is from a month ago. Thanks!
 - A: Yes. Email closing@wefunder.com and if you do not receive a response within 2 business days then report back to us and we can nudge from Ann other angle.
- Q: Hello Paul. Just checking on any new updates on the first payout to investors. I know Wefunder has been busy. Thanks Derek
 - A: Derek - Wefunder sent a note to us last week that they would FINALLY be forwarding the Viroment funds sent to them for the payments long ago either last Friday or this Friday. When the funds did not appear to hit all investors last Friday I am assuming that today is the day for most all of you! Stay tuned!
 - A: Derek, Just a quick update. I checked twice again this week with Wefunder and they promised it will be this Friday (Tomorrow)! Let's see!
- Q: I thought the Oct 9 letter was good. But you can't read it here. Figure out how to get your own copy! :-)
- Q: Paul, I recently heard that we might have an opportunity to add to our investment as prior stock owners. When might that opportunity occur? Interested in adding to my holdings. Keep up the good work.Regards, Matt Corey
 - A: Matt, you may have heard correctly! Stay tuned
- Q: Follow Up: I Got paid June 21 2022 for 2021 interest. Thanks! Price of meat is up, price of fertilizer is up. Hopefully things are going good there!
 - A: Thanks for the confirmation Darron!
- Q: Just wondering what the status of the company and my investment is. Have not heard anything in awhile.
 - A: www.wefunder.com/viro is where all of the updates are
- Q: I haven't received 2022 interest for 2021 as well. Any updates?
 - A: We will check into it. Would you email us at info@viroment.com
