With Upcounsel there are a limited number of lawyers in specific business specialties that are selected directly by Upcounsel and those lawyers are not visible when you open the website and there is no search bar. When you open the Vikktoria app and use the search bar for any specialty you see the lawyer profiles on a geotag map and list form. You then filter choices based on ratings, location, fee structure, contingency and select the lawyers you want to share your case, book time slots, and contact through our secure encrypted system. Lawyers pay Vikktoria a monthly subscription fee (SaaS) and they negotiate the legal fees directly with the consumer or business. Upcounsel packages and negotiates the fees they charge with selected lawyers.
