What is FlyMSG?A Little About Us: Five years ago, we created Vengreso and quickly created market dominance as the largest digital sales prospecting training company.One year ago, we built FlyMSG a SaaS based productivity tool for sellers to quickly deploy and leverage prospecting messages anywhere online. But… something big happened one year later.For years, as business professionals, we have struggled with finding a way to bring more time back to our day. Fast-forward one-year later to the present day, we discovered we had more than just sellers using FlyMSG and one singular use case.We had hundreds of use cases and 2900% growth, and it wasn’t just from salespeople. Tech giants in the AI space... to be frank they see us already and already have hinted that they have their eye on us. Why? Acquisition. Within Outlook there are snippets. There are also snippets in HubSpot, Salesforce and even Super human. All of them work in one place, only the point solution by which they were created within. FlyMSG works anywhere online. As a user traverses between LinkedIn, to Gmail, to Slack, to Google Docs or Spreadsheet, to their CRM or to their favorite project management tool none of those tools help a user. FlyMSG does. In addition, all of those point solutions have created "fools with tools". What makes Vengreso (the creator of FlyMSG) also unique is: not only can they not build out a snippet or message anywhere online, but they do not have the education to teach users how to create the perfect message to get a response. No one else has that. Vengreso does. We are providing users with the technology to build out messages but also the education on how to slice through the noise. Keep in mind - similar questions were asked about Grammarly 13 years ago yet look at them now... 30M users. They took on Microsoft's - MS Word which had spell check, grammar and even a thesaurus and 30M users later that PLG model worked fabulously because users wanted a solution that would work where they work - everywhere online. Therefore, you should consider the past as only indicative of driving future success not as software revenue attribution. As of right now however, we have $4.8K in MRR and nearly $60K in ARR. In the month of Aug. 2022 we drove a 16.75% freemium to premium conversion rate. The PLG average conversion rate is 4%, so we exceeded it by 4X. I'm not sure which direction you were wanting information on, so I'll give several tidbits. 1. We are a PLG-focused company for the first two years. However, demand is already asking us to look at multi-user license ability of 5 to 10,000 subscribers. The good news is we forecasted this when we first built the product. &nbsp; 2. By year 3 we &nbsp; &nbsp; A. Project over 500K users &nbsp; &nbsp; B. See revenues accelerating significantly 8x of year 2. &nbsp; &nbsp; C. Will have a positive EBITDA &nbsp; &nbsp; D. Teams will be able to purchase group licenses. 6. Within 1 year we will have deployed several components like AI personality insights, and AI copywriting too. 7. We are already active on Chrome and Edge, but within the first year we'll have all 5 browsers, downloadable&nbsp;desktop app to&nbsp;support Mac mail or Native Outlook on your PC. The best part about our model is we are a 5-year-old company that successfully grew the business in a service capacity. We aren't your typical start-up. We have a 120K person mailing list and 20K website visitors of which all of them are target FlyMSG customers. Re: Membership Today we have today three plans. Freemium, Starter (3.97 per month or 39.55 per year) and Growth (9.99 a month or 99.31 per year). So far we are seeing a 12.5% conversion rate of gross ads to subscribers. Each of the plans are both metered and featured based. Each plan and costs are profitable. Next we will launch a Sales Professional plan. Approx. $55K in ARR is moving over to FlyMSG which users are currently paying $397/yr. (Sales education as a standalone product). We will take those assets and in the next two weeks launch a Sales Pro plan which is the Growth plan combined with our $397 licensed education all for a new price point of $24.97 a month or $250/year. There are three ways in which users will be driven to upgrade: A. In-app prompts. Meaning while they are within the application, the user will be driven to upgrade. B. Every Freemium user of FlyMSG receives an education drip campaign driving them to upgrade C. Every user is offered a free 30-min personalized onboarding session whereby our team drives them to swipe that credit card. This is extremely scalable due to the fact that we hire international talent which is 20% of the cost of a US talent. It's how we have maintained operational efficiency for 5 years.
