Since you used the word perks, and WeFunder uses that a specific way I'm not sure if you were or were not including investment returns (ie, dividends) in that. So let me answer the question \"what do people get out of investing in Veditz.\" Since it is an \"investment\" and not a donation, there is the possibility of a return. I say possibility since while all Startups believe (and we do too!) that they'd do tremendously from an economic perspective if you look at hundreds of Startups you see that they either win big or go bankrupt and most fall into the later category. When you're trying to make a big change in the world there are big risks and challenges, otherwise someone would have already solved the problem. So you could lose all your money. Consider Startups, such as ours, more like socially-good lottery tickets. Which leads me to what I think is the big thing people get out of investing in Veditz. As Jeff Siegel, publisher of Green Chip Stocks said in his June 10th analysis report to his readers, \"[Veditz] I believe is a chance to make an enormous amount of money while helping facilitate the growth of a company that is doing something honorable, righteous, and of course, socially-responsible. If helping a company who is working to improve education attainment and employability of the world's 70 million Deaf population is something you feel is worthy, then that I think more than anything is the \"perk\" that comes with investing in Veditz. I hope this answers your question and if not please ask more and I'll give it another shot. We haven't seen anything about MotionSavvy since and wondered if they were still around. Our long term vision is to incorporate technology such as theirs and we anticipated build versus buy/license. But if they are still operating and are interesting in discussing partnering well that would be tremendous synergy for both companies. How about you and I discuss first prior to the introduction? Let me first provide this link within WeFunder where they explain in general the terms the SAFE agreement we are using, and then I'll give additional information specific to Veditz. Here's the WeFunder link... https://wefunder.com/faq/securities#SAFE A SAFE is like an option but it has no expiration date and and the floor price is variable. Ok back specifically to Veditz. So what is all means in layman terms is at some point in the future when and if the company raised an equity round of funding, your investment into our SAFE agreement will convert into equity at that price but no higher than $4M. So if we raise equity at a valuation of $10M you actually buy in at $4M. But if we raise money with a company valuation of $1M you buy in at $1M. So you get the upside benefit and downside protection. You should though make sure you understand the SAFE note before investing because Startups are risky. As to what happens then, or how does your investment that is then equity make a return to you, that's often knows as an exit strategy. While we can't project the future common exist paths for a company like ours would then be being purchased by a larger company, being purchased by a private equity company, having early investors bought out by a venture fund who makes a large investment, or recapitalizing and providing some of the proceeds back to investors. But again we can't project the future on this. That being said we are proud that Stratifund, and independent Crowdfunding investor information site has about 100 companies it has rated, and we are rated the 5th highest rated investment on their site (tied with some other companies). You can see more here... https://www.stratifund.com/deals?search_api_views_fulltext=\u0026amp;sort_by=field_expert_rating_fldd Please let me know if you have other questions. And really glad to have you as an investor. Great question as to why any company would want many small investors versus just VCs. We aren't seeking crowdfunding instead of the usual ways of raising funding. We think providing people who most care about our mission to be given an opportunity to make a small investment in the company makes us a stronger company. Without WeFunder we would be limited to accredited investors and professional VC funds. We are very happy to have raised $220,000 in Convertible Notes over the last 6 months from high net worth and strategic Angels, and we are continuing that fund raising approach plus we've begun conversations with professional VC funds but they take months and we are a bit early for them. So we see WeFunder as augmenting our other traditional fund raising approaches which is why we've kept the raise via WeFunder at a goal of $50K - $100K. So the net is, it's all about giving a average investor who cares about our mission the chance to be involved; which is I think the really cool thing about WeFunder in general. And as to you asking \"If Exemplars is profitable...\", as stated in our Form C and our GAAP financials we are not profitable. We are a typical early stage company (just went into Beta in April with tremendous 2 month traction; we have members in 50 countries!) and we anticipate our operations will not provide us with sufficient funds to drive rapid growth for the near term. And finally we don't think bringing in smaller investors adds more than a marginal amount of time and expense, and is far outweighed by the benefits. And one of those benefits is people like you asking tough and insightful questions; plus evangelizing with your friends too. Let me know if you have other questions I can help you with. As we list in our Form C and our FAQ on this site, we think providing the opportunity for people who most care about our mission to be given a chance to make a small investment in the company makes us a stronger company. Without WeFunder we would be limited to accredited investors; we've raised $220,000 in Convertible Notes over the last 6 months and we are continuing that usual fund raising approach with professional VC funds. So we see WeFunder as augmenting our other traditional fund raising approaches which is why we've kept the raise via WeFunder at a goal of $50K - $100K. As to you asking \"If Exemplars is profitable...\", as stated in our Form C and our GAAP financials we are not profitable. We are a typical early stage company (just went into Beta in April with tremendous 2 month traction) and we anticipate our operations will not provide us with sufficient funds to drive rapid growth for the near term. And finally we don't think bringing in investors adds more than a marginal amount of time and expense, and is far outweighed by the benefits. The school districts administrate it. Parents choose from a list of private tutors (individuals and companies). The districts pay the tutors the rate they the tutor set; the parents don't pay. The students normally get tutoring weekly."}]}}}
