Thank you all for your patience as we continue to navigate the complexities of running a growing business in San Francisco.  Last week our ABC license was sent from the San Francisco office to the Sacramento district office for final approval by the two departments, including Trade Enforcement - which could potentially have caused further delays in our opening of 100 Hooper.  However, we are very happy to announce that they have cleared the ABC and are in transit back to San Francisco for activation of the license.

Now for the tricky part, because we are in the middle of a merger from an LLC to a Corporation, and the license for 100 Hooper is in the name Seven Stills, Inc. we needed an additional set of all licenses and permits in order to operate.  The CDTFA sales and use permit, and excise tax permit were the final two required to activate the ABC license and were officially cleared yesterday.

What all of that jargon means is that there is a very, very high chance that our license will be activated and we will be opening for business this week.  We're hesitant to officially announce that we will be opening for business...but...there's a very high probability we're opening for business.

If the license is activated on Monday or Tuesday we will be opening to the general public on Friday, and we will want to hold a soft opening party exclusively for our investors on Wednesday night.  Of course we will keep you in the loop as soon as the license is activated but please tentatively mark your calendars for Wednesday night.

Thank you all very much for your continued support and more importantly patience with us as we work through this incredibly complicated process.  We can't wait to be done with the hard part and start showing off what we've been working on!  Hope to see you all this Wednesday!
