What if you could save employee OR customer engagement for $10/mo? What if I I said you don't have to choose?

Ohos quietly launched the ability to get customer feedback as well as internal employee feedback. First launched with some of our consulting firm clients to get feedback about the consultants they had placed with their clients, we quickly realized the possibilities were WAY bigger!

We recently launched a pilot with a major outdoor retailer to get retail Point-Of-Sale feedback and the early results are nothing short of game-changing!

 This retailer's existing feedback vehicle is an external process where customers can call or connect to a link after they leave the store. Customer's are incentivized via a $500 gift card drawing (to be entered you must also provide your personal information.) As you might expect, response rates were low (less than 1% of customers) and tended to be polarized as "excellent" or "horrible" with very little in between. Additionally, the feedback was ONLY about the store and did not provide anything actionable about a specific employee interaction unless the person remembered and mentioned them by name.

In the few short weeks we have tested Ohos as a feedback vehicle in one store and one department, response rates are well over 50% with dynamic data about individuals, the store, and various processes. It is nothing short of spectacular. And the best part, we are seeing those feedback stats with NO incentive provided. We just made it easier for people to give feedback. 

We see this as an additional revenue stream either separate or in addition to our base internal-feedback platform. We already bring TRUE 360 degree feedback (not cherry picked) With customer feedback, Ohos just broke the 4th wall of feedback data to include leaders, peers, team members, AND CUSTOMERS. You can't get a more 3D (4D?) picture of performance than that...with ANYTHING!
