Hello xx community! 

The xx started exactly a week ago. All 6 xx teams have met one another and started living together! We had our first dinner with Siri Srinivas from Draper Associates and talked history, government policy and VC secrets!

Inspired by this talk, we're inviting our favorite founders and investors to do an AMA (Ask Me Anything) with us every week for the next three months. Some guests want to be involved with the xx but can't make it to the fireside chat dinner so we thought we should open it up to all of the xx community.

Nicky is a Co-founder and COO of Nova Credit. She worked in both non-profits and consulting but never imagined she'd work at a startup. All in all, she's a wonderful person building a mission-driven company solving the problem of credit access for immigrants.
