Well folks, we fell just a little short of the minimum and having changed it with the SEC once and extending the campaign I could not do it again. I want to thank everyone that put their faith (and money) into this venture and really wish it had turned out different. I have a couple of other things I am trying to work but if any of you know any angels please have them reach out. Original funding goal was $250,000 and would bring 25% ownership in the company, so let your friends know.
