Ohos snags a major US retailer!

Starting next week (Aug 27) Cabela's will be piloting Ohos in select locations as a replacement to their performance management AND customer experience platforms. Cabela's leadership is excited to get real-time feedback from customers at the point of sale instead of forcing people to use the feedback links provided on the receipts. Cabela's reports a less than 2% response rate to such feedback mechanisms and in early testing, Ohos is capturing over 70% of customer participation. Employees look forward to giving their colleagues and managers feedback as well as getting more balanced feedback from customers and their fellow "outfitters" as Cabela's calls their employees.

Cabela's merged with Bass Pro Shops in 2017 to form the largest outdoor retailer in the US focused on hunting, shooting, and fishing. With over 40,000 annual employees and a combined annual revenue of $9 billion, the combined companies are a HUGE win for the Ohos team! Still time to invest!
