Tonight marks the release of the third Legion M project to hit the big screens: MandyY, starring Nicolas Cage.

Legion M invested in the production of Mandy (and the accompanying heavy metal soundtrack by Academy Award nominated composer Jóhann Jóhannsson) last year. Since then the movie has been on a rampage. It was one of the best reviewed films at Sundance, then went on to have a 4 minute standing ovation at Cannes. Now, it's one of the best reviewed films of the year with a 96% certified fresh Rotten Tomatoes score!

BE WARNED: Mandy is not for the faint of heart. It's a "Midnight Movie" -- the first of our newly minted Legion M(idnight) label. The movie is dark, violent, and WEIRD. It's not for everyone, but based on the response so far it has all the trappings of a cult classic. Which is exactly what we're hoping for as investors! 

Mandy premiers tonight with a ONE-NIGHT-ONLY special event at over 200 theaters around the country that includes a recorded Q&A with director Panos Cosmatos, star Nicolas Cage, and moderator Kevin Smith. Legion M is hosting meetups around the country in support that include free, limited edition pins (while supplies last). 

Starting tomorrow the movie will be available in selected theaters and on demand through iTunes, Amazon, or your local cable provider.
