Ventana Ventures, our real estate partner is documenting the entire journey from a long empty 1940's bakery to a modern craft brewery!  We have completed the ceiling demo and have exposed the gorgeous old timber roof as well as metal trusses. It has transformed the space and now feels much larger. 

Los Angeles is eagerly anticipating our opening!  Once open, we will be one of the largest tasting rooms in all of Los Angeles and most importantly, we will be doing it with our unique style.  We are already meeting with artists, musicians and community partners who will be part of this EPIC project.
