This raise will be used for several key expansion initiatives that reflect the scale we are growing into: new product development research, funding for larger studies to demonstrate product efficacy, scaling of employee hires and marketing budget, and setting aside capital to fund the upcoming purchase orders and spend for our entry into retail stores.
 

We’ve just opened a new convertible note round to raise $5 million from accredited investors at a 20% discount on our next round, with a $40 million cap. And we are now opening a Wefunder campaign on similar terms.

Due to the strong traction we’ve already demonstrated, this investment round may not last long before we reach our goal, and close the opportunity.
