Wanted to bring you up today on exciting things happening at Lazy Tree Ranch. This Thursday we will be installing the much awaited playground for the kids. Its a real nice playscape (see below) from our friends at Texas Backyard Structures.  Lazy Tree has more than 200,000 square foot of lawn (nearly five acres) and is very kid and pet friendly. 

We have begun installing fire pits throughout and white lights in the trees (we have 700 live oak trees)

and we’re brewing a Pumpkin Spice Ale called “Jack” and a hard apple cider both of which we will be serving  up for our Halloween party on Friday October 27th from 3-9 pm also featuring the fabulous JJ Rapscallion band. Its free! Great fun! Bring the kiddos for costume contests and even a Texas Longhorn Steer all dressed up for Halloween.  Other beers and our excellent Canyon Road wines will be served for sale with food from Locals Neighborhood Grub.

We have begun signing up weddings, class reunion’s, birthday and holiday parties. Please pass the word. Our 5,000 acre, million dollar Hill Country view, has something to do with that.

CNBC just ranked Lazy Tree Ranch as 21st in the nation for equity crowdfunding and given recent investments we may make the top fifteen shortly.
