It's called Psychedelic Boo after Co-Founders Carl and Susan Braun dearly departed chocolate Lab "Bailey Boo". Its the first beer brewed for Lazy Tree Ranch by Braun.

"I wanted to try something different and a Milk Stout certainly qualifies. My Good friend Bill, a brewer of 30 years, lended a hand and the end result was what one Lazy Tree visitor called coffee creamylicious and another compared it to Left Hand Milk Stout, a high compliment." said Carl. "Over 350 people got a tasting these last two weekends at the groundbreaking for Lazy Tree Saloon, a new 3500 sq foot brewery and tasting room near Liberty Hill and Bertram Texas." he added.

Lazy Tree Saloon plans on offering a complete compliment of Texas favorites from classic brewers and others including 5 or 6 of it's own ales and stouts.

"I'd like to do a Cherry Stout come fall and I'm getting pushed pretty hard to do an IPA and a Pale Ale. My personal favorites are Mirror Pond and Stone so we have a high bar.  We already have identified our Master Brewer and I will be working closely with him to create unique, flavorful offerings." Braun Said.

Lazy Tree Ranch also launched it's Charter Member Mug Club. Free Beer for life. Details can be found at http://www.lazytreeranch.com/mug-club

Lazy Tree Ranch is a 10.6 acre concert and events center in Texas Hill Country about 40 miles from downtown Austin. We will soon announce our first concert scheduled for September 30 in conjunction with the Texas Firearms Festival an event that attracts about 10,000 people to our next door neighbor at the Best Of The West Gun Club.  The headliner will be announced shortly.
