​Speakeasy Q1 Results: Attendance, Revenue, Profit All Rise Sharply

Sam Lee Laundry LLC released its 2017 Q1 results today, showing sharp increases in attendance, revenue, and net profit as compared to the previous quarter. Paid attendance rose 20%, to 5,020 from 4,186 during the last quarter of 2016. On a per-performance basis, paid attendance rose 26%, thanks to a condensed performance schedule which also resulted in lower costs for the quarter. Revenue from ticket sales increased 34% to $612K; and net profit from operations grew to $123,908, up several multiples from $16,452 during the previous quarter.
