The property, located just west of Liberty Hill and north of Austin, will feature the Hops and Grapes brewpub, a bark park, play area and even a disc golf course.

Situated on a 10.6 acre tract covered in hundred year old oak trees and a 100,000+ square foot of lawn for events, Lazy Tree Ranch with the Hops and Grapes Brewpub will be the newest entry into the Austin area's explosive craft beer industry. Hops and Grapes will showcase its own collection of beers and ales along side moderately priced wines and popular craft beers for on or off site sales.

The local investor group purchased the property last fall and have been removing some existing buildings to make way for the the construction of the brewpub. Funds will be used to build the Hops and Grapes facility, purchase equipment as well as build out the common areas for families to enjoy great beer, food and wine. There is already a pavilion on the property.
