This morning the new head of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (Scott Pruitt) said flat out there was no link between human use of fossil fuels and climate change.

Wow.

Hundreds of scientific organizations have confirmed the link between our use of coal, oil, and natural gas and the rapidly changing climate. They have repeatedly said CC is real, it's us, it's happening now and we have limited time to act.

The question is will we take action? And will smart money see the unfolding opportunity?
