Over the past 6 weeks we completed a major repair project: the replacement of one level of flooring in the largest section of the “north annex” to the building (we repaired the roof of this section as part of our first set of work). We were very pleased to engage Mike Beavers of Beavertowne, a longtime partner, to lead the work as well as a local team of tradesmen, who have assisted us on various projects over the past decade. They did a great job!

We will replace the remaining two floors of the north annex and start on the west annex as soon as our Wefunder campaign concludes (March 31st).
