We have an important update in our progress. Monday afternoon we went before the City of Mobile to gain approval of our zoning variance request to operate a brewery on the property. The request was met with some very important concerns from neighboring property owners, and we felt we had found accommodating solutions and work-arounds to take those concerns into consideration. We also went beyond to make sure that more distant properties in the area were part of this process and that they had the chance to voice their concerns as well. For us, this is an opportunity to move the community forward, and we wanted to make sure everyone had a chance to voice their ideas and opinions and be part of this initiative.

After some discussion and further explanation of our business plans, the City of Mobile APPROVED our zoning variance to operate a brewery on the property. We are very excited to have reached this milestone and have the City of Mobile supporting our initiative.
