Title registries of record for crypto are getting ever-closer to becoming a reality...

Once we go live with our title registry, auditors, institutional investors, banks, and businesses will have a way to voluntarily verify asset ownership for crypto.

Title registries can provide a path for crypto to move from novelty investment vehicles to adoption by mainstream institutions.

Here's what's already happened at TransitNet:

🔸  We built and implemented a proof-of-concept (POC) beta product to validate our assumptions; 

🔸  We spun out TransitNet into a new company after incubating it at CapLinked;

🔸  We are currently raising a seed round (raised $1.2M so far from 1,400 diverse fintech investors/stakeholders).

Here's what we're planning next for TransitNet in 2021:

🔹  Enhance our POC product and expand the private beta;

🔹  Convert POC into a full-blown title registry for crypto;

🔹  Exit the private beta by inviting stakeholders (and later, the general public) to use TransitNet's title registry.
