We're receiving the first disbursement of funds from the wefunder raise this week, and have already deployed $550k of the raise toward equipment for our next factory in the  Philippines.

Buying this equipment and setting up our next factory is a big deal; it has a rapid payback period of less than 6 months, and sets up RIZOME with strong positive cash flow to be able to raise major institutional capital for a 10x expansion in Q4 2021.

The equipment is two complete lines of our custom manufacturing process, a modular system we've developed over the last 7 years of R&D that we are scaling globally. It takes 5-6 months for the equipment to reach production: 2-3 months for custom manufacturing in China and Taiwan, 1-2 months for shipping, and a month to calibrate and deploy the new machines in the factory.
