The Form C is filed and we're ready to roll.

Over the past several weeks we have prepared all the documentation needed to satisfy the SEC. These efforts are officially complete with the filing of the Form C. We are now able to begin accepting actual investments. Many of you have deposited funds into escrow waiting for this announcement. Others have made commitments for significant investments now that our campaign has launched. Those funds can now be released and any additional amounts that you would like to invest.
