As a 33 year veteran of the Real Estate Finance industry, Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB), previous CMB society Chairman, and long tenured instructor at the MBA’s School of mortgage Banking (Master Faculty), Brian has developed and delivered mortgage training all over the world.

He recently celebrated his 15th year anniversary at Wells Fargo as SVP, Division Sales Manager in Correspondent.

Cutler Knupp, Director of Investments, Dysruptek

With global management experience in corporate development, M&A, and exits, Cutler joined Haskell to lead their venture arm, Dysruptek. Since launch, Dysruptek has built a successful portfolio including Bee Mortgage App and AEC investments in the built worlds including BLOX (modular construction for healthcare), Advanced navigation (deep tech solutions provider for highly accurate location positioning), LP of Brick & Mortar (leading venture fund focused on AEC investments), and has collectively deployed $25M+ in early stage ventures.

Stephen Wojnar, Battalion Group

35 years of mortgage banking experience including senior management roles at:

- Freddie Mac, 12 years, leading the two largest customer-facing platform of the 1990's. 
- 5 years leading correspondent lending sales teams for a top ten investor.
- 10 years warehouse lending, first managing client relationships and serving as the bank workout officer for the warehouse program at Southwest Securities and FSB after which he led Santander's warehouse division transforming a $400 million regional program with $8 million in annual revenue into a $2.9 billion tech-driven and industry-leading national program with annual revenues of over $33 million.

For the past 3 years Steve has served as a mortgage technology consultant for a variety of companies, big and small, from regional IMB's to Capital One and First American. Additionally, he's been an MBA instructor for the past 17 years teaching the MBA's 3-course School of Mortgage Banking. He also developed all the course material for Course 3 of the School and is a Master Faculty Fellow of the School.
