Firstly, we want to apologize to you all for the continued delay in hearing about your investment status - we know it's been longer than expected and that is on us, not DCFC. Our compliance department has been working to ensure that all regulations are met so that the new investors and the club will not have issues moving forward. 

The great news is that we're right at the finish line - your pledge funds have been released to DCFC, and the notifications to new owners will be the final step for completing the campaign. You should be seeing an email from us by Tuesday EOD with confirmation on if you made it into the round or not. Almost every pledge will be included but due to overwhelming support, we had to prioritize inclusion on a first come, first serve basis. In the event your investment does not make it, you'll receive a full refund (fees included.)
