With the Apple and other fruit trees in dormancy for the winter we still have access to orchard fresh ingredients. We also grow Turkish and California Bay trees in our petite West Seattle farm and use these resilient evergreen leaves in our Cranberry Bay Cider. Combining tart flavor packed Washington State cranberries with the warming perfume of our house made Bay simple syrup to create this delicious Winer seasonal cider. Seattle area folks can sample this and 11 other ciders at our SODO neighborhood taproom.
