at this great time of reflection, I wanted to reach out with an update.
First of all we just accomplished a huge milestone and when I say we, I mean you! We just hit our goal of successfully raising the Reg CF, crowdfunding maximum of $1,070,000 and in doing so, we became the highest valuation, pre-revenue company to ever successfully do so, since the inception of crowdfunding! Now, that’s exciting!
It’s exciting that our vision is so widely resonating in the marketplace.
I wanted to update you on that and more.
First, if you’re one of our investors, thank you and we love you! You have most likely received our “from within” profile document. The questionnaire where we want to learn about you, in order to make opportunities that DRONEDEK may have in the future for goods and services. We always want to look within first to fill those needs. So, please, fill those out and please return, if you’d like to be considered. We will be needing everything, so please don’t discount your value.
Next, since we’ve hit our goal, you will soon be, or maybe already have, received a note from Wefunder about our campaign closing. You will be asked if you’d like to stay invested or if you’d like to opt out. We hope you’ll stay, but if you need to opt out, we understand and we hope to see you in the future.
Lastly, there is a provision that may soon be adapted, raising the maximum raise from $1,070,000 to $5,000,000. If this happens, i want to let you know that DRONEDEK will intend on increasing our campaign goal to the maximum amount.
