Unitonomy Update #13: Holy Sh*t Edition ๐Ÿš€

Published on Jan 27, 2021

Website traffic is up 162% month over month ๐Ÿ“ˆ

What changed? We launched the alpha of CultureReputation.com (try the alpha!) to see if we can incentivize people take brief surveys about their work culture (someone is going to win $10,000 if we get 10,000 responses).

The vision behind this experiment is to create the IMDB of company cultures for millennials through our gamified assessments.

Acquisition?!! ๐Ÿค”

Since January 4th, we've had 3 separate conversations started around M&A. We are too early to be acquired because of our customers or technology -- this is really about the team and our innovation. Who knows where any of this goes in terms of M&A but hopefully some strong partnerships emerge.

Culture Consultants Love OrgVitals.com ๐Ÿ˜

As we bend OrgVitals to serve culture consultants to run at their client organizations, we've learned a lot and are starting to develop OrgVitals 2.0. OrgVitals will be an end-to-end assessment solution where the culture data is visualized and ready for presentation. Read more with this overview: http://bit.ly/OrgVitals

Catch It With GLVVV.com ๐Ÿงค

GLVVV (Glove) catches everything you email yourself and organizes it for you. This little product has ad campaigns now running across social as we target busy professionals. Cost of acquisition is running below $8 per new user, which we are thrilled about as we've barely optimized the campaigns so far.

Hold on for dear life, welcome to the rollercoaster of startup life! ๐ŸŽข

With love, Charley and the Unitonomy team
