I hope this message finds you, your family, and your friends happy, healthy, and safe. With your support over 2020, we were able to accomplish some significant milestones and are set-up for a successful 2021.

With 2020 in the rearview, we're looking to expand into some more ambitious goals for 2021 and expand ALBI's footprint.

Some of the significant 2021 goals across the organization:

1. Team: We're looking to expand team roles (more on that below) and hire in Marketing and Engineering.
2. Customers & Partners: We brought a few more customers across the line in Q4 2020, but we're looking to speed up this process across 2021. We're going to begin by spending more on marketing and making ALBI easier to refer to friends.
3. Product: Our Q1 and Q2 focus are as follows:

• Easy to Join: We're prototyping a solution to make it easier for ALBI to join calls. We've seen some issues with so many different meeting platforms when people join via specific meeting platforms. We want to simplify this so that ALBI is always there when you need it to be.
• Faster Review: Enable users to call out ALBI as a part of the meeting to reduce the amount of data coming back as a part of the meeting details to move from review to complete faster than the process today.
• More Data: Customers have come back with some great ideas for meeting data they would like to see. We plan to be re-developing the UI and functionality on the meeting details page to accommodate this.

Finally, as part of our team expansion, we've also re-aligned the team to be better positioned for success in the future. Dan Lulich (formally the COO) has taken the role of CEO. Dan is an accomplished engineering executive with 25+ years of technology management, operations leadership, and engineering delivery in SaaS, Cloud, Security, AI, Machine Learning, and Neural Networks.
