When we first started talking about doing a WeFunder campaign it was quite intimidating ... we had that dreadful thought "what if nobody shows up" ... we are so touched and grateful that over 110 of you did show up! During such tumultuous times it is easy to feel all alone ... but hearing that a new supporter signed on or reading a beautiful message of support gave us so much inspiration!                                            THANK YOU AGAIN TO OUR ENTIRE WEFUNDER FAMILY!!!

  Making a film truly is a leap of faith and because it gets so intense the bonds you make are so special, it truly feels like creating a new family. WE WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL TO EACH AND EVERY MEMBER OF THE CREW FOR JUMPING OFF THE CLIFF WITH US. 

2020 was an incredibly challenging year for everyone and it is also the year we lost our beloved producer and my mentor, JOHN GALLAGHER. Dani and I met because of this legendary NYC indie filmmaker. He somehow knew we would be the perfect team and that we needed to make this film together! When we started this campaign John (who is listed on our page as a team member) was an active part of this journey. We always looked forward to brainstorming with him and he was always so so encouraging, he truly got such joy out of helping filmmakers get ahead! Unexpectedly he passed away on October 27th ... it is still so hard to believe. He was such a champion of female filmmakers! We will forever be thinking of him. And we wanted to give this final THANK YOU to him with LOVE ...
