Dear Investors, 

While we launched this Reg CF campaign with much hope, our pace of promotion and fundraising did not match the pace of our closing of a concurrent equity fund raising effort. As disclosed, we had been pursuing another series of venture capital in parallel with this campaign. 

We had been hopeful this campaign would yield a closing and remain fans of the Crowdfunding model. We however, did not reach our minimum target in time and are legally obligated to suspend this campaign. 

We thank everyone who did pledge funds and expressed an interest in our Company. We are bullish on the long term potential of crowdfunding and may be back to explore what options exist in the future. 

We expect that Wefunder will be notifying you about the refund of investments.
