CovidNow & the Emerging SARS-CoV-2 Variants

Secondly, as more and more cases of the COVID-19 variants begin to pop up across the globe, we thought it important to give you a quick update. Dr. Maria M. Nagy, Ph.D., CEO, and Dr. Angel A. Rivera, M.D., Ph.D., CTO, Quorum X Diagnostics are following the variants and mutations closely. Dr. Nagy feels strongly that the CovidNow test is more than capable of detecting the mutations. Having said that, we won't know 100% until there are enough samples of the different variations to test. But as it stands now, the CovidNow test should be just fine!
Here's the latest from the CDC:
1) These numbers include startups currently live on Wefunder if they pass their minimum target.
2) Some startups use two different laws at the same time (i.e., Regulation D and Regulation Crowdfunding).

When are we expecting to hit market?
I fear the test will not make it to market. The testing as of now is a complete fraud. If the test comes to surface in the market it will show infection rates far less prevalent than what we currently see and I am one that believe that would be counter productive to the continue siege of people in lockdowns. I don't know what others believe and I really don't care, but this pandemic is being driven for other reasons than protecting us from a SARS covid virus with a death rate of .0002 % and that is going with the cooked stats.
