The Pacific Surfliner has agreed to sell bulk tickets to the X Wine Railroad for its wine train excursion to Santa Barbara and out to Los Olivos. The Company has purchased its first block of 50 Business Class seats on the LA to Santa Barbara segment, which will run April 3rd. Currently, California is shut down and wineries are not open as are most retail shops in Los Olivos. However, the Pacific Surfliner, is running with all the protocol needed for the COVID 19 virus in place.
