The X Wine Railroad, a train excursion to the wineries in Southern California (www.xwinerailroad.com), is run by women. "I believe this is a first in the industry." stated Michael Barron, Chairman of Barron Partners and an investor in the company. "The President, CFO, F&B staff and Sales & Marketing team are all women." Barron said "and highly capable in this field." 

The management team consisting of President and COO Dianne David and CFO Wanda Witoslawski, have served in their respective positions for eleven years on the LA to Vegas project called the X Train, an excursion train on this route. When the X Wine Railroad was formed, they assumed these management positions and recruited the all female team.

"I wasn't trying to hire only women." stated Dianne David, President and COO who has run the operations of the X Wine Railroad before when it operated profitably in 2017-2018. "It just so happened that the women interviewed were the most qualified."

The service is scheduled to re-open for once a week runs beginning April 3rd, 2021.
