🎁 Happy holidays from the Unitonomy team 🎅

'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through Unitonomy
All the creatures were hacking, using their autonomy;
The products were developing by engineering with care,
In hopes thousands of customers soon would be there...

2021 Outlook

2020 did not go as planned for anyone, thanks to the pandemic. Thanks to the vaccines, Unitonomy is looking forward to one less obstacle in 2021 when it comes to Covid-19 no longer disrupting just about everything.

That said, Unitonomy has a lot to build off of from 2020. We have all the right signals for early product-market fit when it comes to positioning OrgVitals for culture consultants. GLVVV has early adopters who adore the product. And we've learned what didn't work (namely the UX and positioning of GetCommit). On top of that, we managed to raise the funds needed -- thanks in large-part to so many investors around the world through Wefunder.

For 2021, here are priorities for Unitonomy to take the next step:

  • Push OrgVitals. This effort ranges from sales & marketing to engineering flexibility into the system to better serve culture consultants. Our goal in 2021 is to make OrgVitals the end-to-end assessment system for these consultants and drive Unitonomy to profitability.
  • Drive GLVVV usage. Ad campaigns begin in earnest in January to drive adoption of GLVVV. We've pushed out 7 updates now since we launched the product in beta in the fall. The most important ones are where we've made GLVVV cards visual. We're looking to build integrations and eventually offer a Chrome Extension in 2021. At some point we will plan a formal launch (likely Q1).
  • Test CultureReputation. As we engineer the update for OrgVitals, we will fork the system to test a new offering (taking minimal effort). It's called CultureReputation.com and we see it like IMDB (Internet Movie Database) for company cultures -- a public listing of each company's culture. Company cultures are assessed anonymously by the people who work there.
  • Rebrand. It's clear we should treat each product as its own brand. This means Unitonomy, as a brand, becomes the Atlassian-like mothership behind the curtain guiding each product.
  • Rethink GetCommit. We have an amazing backend with AI for GetCommit. Based on feedback we are rethinking the user experience. This will remain lower priority as we focus on sales of OrgVitals and GLVVV.

Thanks for all of the support in 2020 and we look forward to sharing the adventure of Unitonomy with you in 2021. Hang on tight!
