Waiting On Word From Wefunder

Hello Pack Members!

I wanted to send out a quick update. As you are probably aware, our campaign is scheduled to end tomorrow. As of now, we would fall short of our minimum required goal, and Wefunder would be required to immediately start the process of returning the funds that you have committed toward your investment. With the very recent news that our project with Cesar is back on, things are changing. Previously, it did not make sense to extend the campaign and arbitrarily lower our minimum goal, and now there is reason to look at doing so as a viable option. Here is why.

The information that we have been given comes from the head of the project. We cannot disclose any specifics due to our NDA, but we can acknowledge we are actively involved in the final stages. Based on the new data, I feel comfortable re-examining our current minimum goal and lowering it to include only what we immediately need to take full advantage of the influx of attention that our brand will be receiving in the next couple of months. Priorities will be:

  • Restart production with our manufacturer
  • Print new packaging
  • Prepare all eCommerce channels for the spike in traffic.

What you need to do

Right now, please stand by. I know that a few of you have already expressed an interest in adding to your existing commitment, and you will have the opportunity to do that if and once these changes are approved.  The most important part of the process will be watching for any correspondence from Wefunder asking you to "reconfirm" your investment. If you see that, please act accordingly based on the instructions given.

I know that this is sudden, and I wish that you could know what we know right now so that you are as excited as we are. I promise to keep you up to date with as much information as possible, as often as possible.

Of course, if you decide you are no longer interested in investing and wish to rescind your commitment, you can do that at this time as well. We understand that these are unique times, and perhaps you need those funds elsewhere. Regardless, we appreciate you and the support you have shown to this point.

Now, LET'S GO TREAT SOME DOGS!
