Recruiting efforts have assembled a 12-state VibeTech sales force, and are on target for a Q1 2021 market launch. Sales team recruitment is being led by VibeTech VP-Business Development Tim Eylander, who is pleased with the results to date. According to Eylander—“We had a goal in mind for a certain number of sales reps signed up by end of 2020, but we’ve already met the goal by mid-November.” There’s been quite a high level of enthusiasm among the recruits since Eylander set out with a hand-picked candidate list. “We haven’t done any general search ads—we’ve pursued individuals I’ve come to know well over the years I’ve been in sales management. And these individuals quickly saw the large opportunity with VibeTech,” added Eylander. VibeTech already has a team of 10 that covers 12 states in the Midwest, Heartland, Southeast, East, and Northeast areas of the U.S. While the original sales strategy called for the sales force to penetrate the Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living facilities in larger urban areas, the reps have provided us insight that there is also a significant immediate demand among affluent older adults with the desire to acquire a ‘personal’ VibeSit PRO device for placement in their homes to build strength and fitness. VibeTech will provide the same high level of customer service to those individuals as to institutions.
Sales efforts at this early stage are concentrating on securing pre-orders with deliveries set for 1st quarter 2021. Pre-orders for 4 units are already booked.
