Round Two is Now Open! Join hundreds of collectors in owning a piece of hobbyDB

As many of you know, without the help of our dedicated community, hobbyDB would not nearly be the site it is today. Many of you give your time and knowledge to make the project better and better each day. With the community’s help, the database has grown to cover a huge 586,000 collectibles and their related subjects, plus 4.4 million price points. And we're now the official home of more than 480k collectors.

Since the beginning, we’ve always wanted to give our members and fans the opportunity to own a part of the project. So when crowdfunding became possible, we knew it was the right step to take for our community. And now, thanks to many of you, 652 members are official hobbyDB owners!

Moving forward, we want to continue to ensure that our community and others that might want to join always have the opportunity to own a piece of what they are helping to build. So, we’ve decided that it’s time to do another crowdfunding round (more on our profile here).

We are excited to welcome Bruce Pascal as the round’s lead investor. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Bruce is an investment veteran who has handled some of the most complex and largest lease transactions in Washington D.C. Bruce is best known in the collecting community for curating the rarest Hot Wheels collection in the world.

“I’ve followed the hobbyDB story since they started back in 2014,” said Bruce. “I think the idea to have one central place for collectors to go to research and manage their collections is exactly what the industry needs. And if this goes well, this could be really big.”
