Scouting Clinic Location Possibilities

Bring Dr. Tiffany Nijberg DO, FACEP last week rapidly advanced our plans for creating an operational revenue-generating hybrid telemedicine daily use network. Before having Dr. Tiffany Nijberg joining, we were focused on getting the hardware, network design, demonstrating the ultrasound hardware, and finding an affiliate partner to test the business model.

Dr. Najberg brings a Director of Emergency Medical Products and Services and a physician capable of providing hands-on care.  This shortens our path to generating revenue by allowing a subsidiary clinic that actually uses the hybrid telemedicine network and technology.  Once incorporated after the Wefunder with its own corporate infrastructure, the can clinic to raise funds independent of UrgentEMS, Inc.   The terms of our contract with Dr. Najberg are that UrgentEMS will own 65% and she will own 35%, and the clinic will serve local UrgentEMS members who can no be cared for in the field.

The clinic will use the UrgentEMS hybrid telehealth netw0rk infrastructure, will seek out contracts with employers to provide UrgentEMS technology for home-based telehealth monitoring, apply for grants to provide hybrid telehealth services to underserved populations, facilitate recruitment of EMS services, facilitate recruitment of specialist to serve UrgentEMS members, and sell hybrid telehealth service to private groups all using the UrgentEMS network technologies as they are developed.

We will be leveraging 401 Market St, Shreveport, LA location, where our corporate headquarters will be located.  This building has at least 4 floors available for the clinic, for our telemedicine personnel, specialist clinics to serve UrgentEMS members beyond the acute care clinic, and has the necessary fiberoptic infrastructure to make UrgentEMS a success.

We can have the clinic operational in the first quart of 2021 provided with funding.  We have already started to speak with local business leaders and have received a favorable response.

Inclosing this clinic will be the model for future clinics to be attached to the UrgentEMS Network.  Each clinic will be independently owned and operated.
