Times, They Are A-Changing ...

Dear Launch Family, 

The SEC has opened the floodgates on reg CF crowndfunding. As a result of these changes, after having reviewed our campaign, we've made the strategic decision to end our existing campaign and restart newly in December, so as to maximiuze our capabilites under the new rules going into effect in January. 

Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far - we are grateful for your feedback and questions. We've learned so much over the past few months and we'll be utilizing all of your feedback and all we've learned in our renewed campaign.

    As a result of your support, we've produced 411 performances, with over 800 artists, accounting for 316 hours of showtime, over 5 concurrent live music channels on LaunchTV, with an aggregated reach, accounting for all social media simulcasts and video on-demand traffic, of over 155,000. As of today, we've surpassed our first 50 paid LaunchTV subscribers. 

    Beyond that,  we have built a dream team, a beautiful platform, great relationships with artists, venues, and labels, and that's more than I ever could have hoped we would do. 

    Alas, we are now moving into the next phase!

    Launch has grown like wildfire in the past few months and as our initial equity crowdfunding campaign concludes, we are entering a new phase of Launch, already expanding to other cities, and doing shows with even more artists.

    We'll be restarting our WeFunder campaing newly in about two weeks, as well as moving powerfully into the accredited investor space with several amazing venture capital wizards on our team. We'll continue booking great shows and forging new partnerships and thereby incentivizing our consumer membership offering.

    And, we will always be a consistent home for musicians and fans to share their love for live music in an interactive online community, and we will always allocate half of our entire revenue to our artists, with our bold new model for the future of music.
