Unitonomy Update #6

founder @ Unitonomy

As you know, we started Unitonomy by building an engine to run product experiments with. This strategy goes back to founder Charley Miller's roots of game development: start with an engine to make and test games with until a game turns out to be a hit. Our engine enables our products to work on top of the tools and systems people already use, like email, messaging systems, project management systems, etc.

Our product OrgVitals is one such experiment. OrgVitals makes it fast for the leadership of an organization to know how employees feel about the work culture, their collaborations, and their experience.

OrgVitals built on top of more than just our engine. OrgVitals also uses research and IP we licensed from the University of Louisville and Dr. Brad Shuck. This IP enables us to ask as few as questions as possible (4-12) to assess employee engagement as accurately as 80 question surveys that one might see in competitor systems.

Dr. Brad Shuck has become an advisor for Unitonomy because he knows so much about work culture and the employee experience. Here's Brad in his own words about Unitonomy:
