Hey DIVERTfam!

We are excited to be charging towards our first financial close. What this means is that we will be closing the first tranche of capital that we have raised via WeFunder on October 23rd to start production activities for the DIVERTsessions Pop-Up!

Right now we are making a push to get as many funds in as possible before this first tranche closing so if you have been thinking about investing more, or know a friend or family member that has been thinking about it, now is a great time to get in here and join the DIVERTfam with an investment!

With the first tranche of capital we have raised, we are able to build the park, develop and launch the website, kick off some initial marketing and PR activities and prepare for pre-sale, grand opening and launch! 

It is a super exciting time. and we will be continuing to update our investors consistently about the major activities taking place with the business.
