Dear Investors and SmartGurlz community members,

While the Covid-19 pandemic delayed the launch of our Smart Buddies schools launch, our successful Camp-in-a-Box program has given us food for thought on creating a new platform for an online, remote 'Maker' space.

During the summer and early Fall, we educated nearly 1,000 young learners with our own curriculum and trained partners BlackGirlsCode to run Smart Buddies remote workshops around the country.

We were pleased to be featured on Good Morning, America as a pandemic gift idea and Good Housekeeping, America’s oldest and largest women’s magazine named us One of the Best Virtual Camps this summer. But the press accolades kept on coming with features in Parade, Daily Mom, Brit+Co and on several TV channels including Fox, NBC and ABC affiliates around the country.

Highlights this quarter include a new crowdfunding campaign on WeFunder, grant opportunities with the National Science Foundation and a new Holiday Offer for Smart Buddies.
