BIG NEWS! We are excited to announce that Grazers is our latest Soulmate Brewing Company investor AND will be opening Grazers @ Soulmate Brewing the day we open in 2021. Grazers founders and owners, Sam and Don, share the same passion, vision and goals that Soulmate Brewing founders do in offering an exceptional customer experience with amazing quality food and beverages. Perfect Soulmates. Thank you Sam and Don for being a part of Soulmate and expanding Grazers into Morrisville.

So what does this mean for our current shareholders and those who are just discovering Soulmate Brewing Company? It is pretty significant to the growth of the company. Sam Handy, the founder of Grazers, has an amazing track record for bringing a vision to fruition, as do his partners. The restaurant business runs deep with the Handy family too. His father has been in the business for decades with operations including IHOP in the Burlington area and the Vermont Tap house in Rutland. Sam and Don Johnson also opened Agave, an amazing Mexican restaurant in Williston next to their flagship Grazers location.

We hit it off immediately and had a strong feeling that this relationship was going to be bigger than just an opportunity to bring really good, locally sourced food for our Soulmate guests. As Sam and Don conducted their due diligence on us, our conversations expanded on our immediate and future goals. It was nice to be sitting at the table with a group of dedicated people with goals that align with ours.

Having Grazers as a shareholder is, in a way, an unofficial partnership where we can help expand each other's brands. Their family connection with multiple restaurant locations across Vermont licensed to offer beer, wine and spirits provides Soulmate the ability to access all of their happy customers who frequent each location from southern Vermont to our location in Morrisville.

These guys are the real deal. Once Sam and Don said they would like to move forward as a shareholder and with a new Grazers @ Soulmate Brewing they said even if they didn’t open, they were going to help us get our beers on draft lines in their locations and other places around the state. It’s heartwarming to meet people who you immediately connect with and who are willing to go the extra mile. This is how we feel about everyone who has invested in Soulmate Brewing.

We are grateful for the support of everyone and are very excited to have Sam and Don on board. We look forward to seeing everyone enjoying Soulmate Beers and Grazers tasty offerings in 2021.
