Thanks everyone for the continued support.  We're still blown away by the progress of the campaign to date and wanted to pass along some quick updates.

-We are still working with accredited investors to move them over to the Reg D offering.  By doing this, we'll get as many people off the wait list as possible and have a chance to be an owner. We've made some great progress but still have a few more investors to compete their Reg D paperwork.

-We have our closing date set for the end of November. If we reach our goal on the Reg D conversion prior to that date then we may move up the closing date. We'll have more details on the closing process when we approach that date.

-Once the closing is complete and we have our final list of investors, we'll email all the new owners to start the fulfillment process on the incentive items and will start with the monthly owners updates and the timeline for the annual owners' meeting. Your point of contact on all those elements will be Aaron Cumming from our team.

In the mean time, please tune in this coming week as we host the NISA Fall Tournament. It should be a great competition.  We start play on Monday at 5pm EST, with games streamed on the BeIN platform. Of course it won't be the same without you all in the stands, but the guys are going to give it their best to bring another trophy back to the Clubhouse.
