In late November 2020 we released Batch 1 of our barrel-finished version of the Galloping Goose whisky.  Also bottled at 88-proof, the "Blue Goose," nicknamed for her blue labels, spent an entire year in our 53-gallon barrels which held bourbon for 4 years, and French Martel cognac for 7 years.   Full of flavor, with added stone-fruit and baked raisin notes from the cognac, this is a really great sipping spirit.  Only at the distillery for now (and our online store).
