Lost Spirits Granted a Federal Distillery Permit for Las Vegas Expansion!!!

Published on Sep 17, 2020

Dear Shareholders,

I am pleased to report that we have been granted our Federal DSP (distillery permit) to operate in Las Vegas!!!

I also wanted to give you all a general update on whats happening:

The new Las Vegas facility is designed to comply with social distancing rules.  While Las Vegas tourism has been decimated by COVID-19, there are still over a million tourists visiting the city every month.    However, the shows, nightclubs, and entertainment venues (other than dining and gambling) remain shut down by COVID regulations.

If we can open rapidly enough, we will be one of the few entertainment options available to those million tourists who continue to visit the entertainment capital of the United States.

At this point it's a race against time.  As is always the case with these projects, success depends on our ability to navigate the complex web of government agencies and regulations. This is dramatically exacerbated by COVID and having to deal with our operation in LA still forced closed (for 6 months now).

We have been making steady progress.  The federal DSP is the first of the critical licenses.  So far we are still on track to pull this off by our entirely unrealistic New Years eve opening plan.

Thank you all for your support as we fight to survive 2020.
