This week I gave my resignation letter and a 2-week notice to my employer, Penn State Health, whom I have worked with for over 13 years! This was an enormous milestone achievement for me, not because of leaving a long-held position, but because of what I'm doing next! -Harmony Turbines Inc will now have a full-time Founder and CEO.
...Yes let that jiggle around in your head for a moment. :)

September 25th is going to be my last day with PSH as a full-time employee. At that time I will drop back to 2 days per week through mid-November and then I will be done completely with them after that. I am finally starting "Life Version 2.0" as I like to call it. Those of you who know me well, know that my life-long dream has been to work with clean energy technology in a full-time capacity. So Harmony Turbines will now be my new full-time job!

I can't begin to tell you all how thrilled I am that we've been able to come this far together. This dream has taken more than 20 years to finally become a reality for me. So a huge "THANK YOU" to each and every one of you for believing in me and for believing in Harmony Turbines!

You should also know that I am going to start adding new alliance partnerships and key members to our team. Startups are hard, there's no doubt about that, but persistence pays off and having great people on your team can make all of the difference in the world! Here's to our future and to all of you, our amazing group of supporters!
